What are your products made of?
Our soap products are made with a moisturizing glycerin soap base that gently cleanses by lifting away dirt, oil, and germs, while our lotion bases are glycerin and almond oil based.
We use only safe, high-quality fragrances that comply with International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards and are within only safe concentrations. Our products are paraben-free, phthalate-free, vegan, and cruelty-free.
FOAMING HAND SOAP INGREDIENTS: Water (Aqua), Sodium Laureth Sulfate (derived from Coconut and Palm oil), Glycerin, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cocamide DIPA, Citric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Tetrasodium EDTA, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Fragrance (Parfum), Propylene Glycol, Diazolidinyl Urea, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate.
LOTION INGREDIENTS: Water, Glycerin, Sweet Almond Kernel Oil, Stearic Acid, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Alcohol, Dimethicone, Glyceral Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Polysorbate 60, Aloe Vera Leaf Extract, Rice Bran Extract, Rosemary Leaf Extract, Sunflower Extract, Tocopherol, Triethanolamine, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Hexylene Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Fragrance (Parfum).
Are your products appropriate for sensitive skin?
While most people do not experience reactions to our products, we understand that some individuals have allergies or sensitive skin. As with any skincare product, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list (see above), performing a small patch test first, and discontinuing use if any redness, rash, or itching occurs. For those with sensitive skin, our car diffusers offer a great way to enjoy our fragrances without direct skin contact.
We do not offer unscented soaps or lotions, as our products are centered around Asian-inspired fragrances. However, as a physician and mother of a child with eczema, Melody personally recommends the VANICREAM skincare line for fragrance-free options often endorsed by allergists and dermatologists.
Do you offer returns?
Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and free of any defects. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
To start a return, email us at support@zengardenaromas.com. Returns for items purchased at in-person pop-up events are not accepted.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time—we currently ship only within the United States.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders are shipped from Maryland and sent via USPS Ground, and tracking numbers will be provided.
The final delivery date depends on the location: typically another 1-2 business days for East Coast shipments but up to 5-7 business days for the West Coast.

We’re so sorry! Please email support@zengardenaromas.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If your item was damaged during shipping, we’ll gladly replace or refund it. Please include a photo in your email.

Yes! We offer wholesale pricing to verified storefronts. Please email us at support@zengardenaromas.com for more specific item.
Do you have a storefront?
We don't have our own physical storefront. We currently sell directly online and at festivals/events in the DC/MD/VA area. However, you can find our products in person at the following stores:
Handmade by LMAC in Ashburn, VA.
Shop Made in Maryland in College Park, MD.

Do you offer larger soap refills?
At the moment, we only offer our original 8 fl oz bottles and 2 fl oz mini bottles.
