What are your products made of?

Our products are made with a moisturizing glycerin soap base that gently cleanses by lifting away dirt, oil, and germs. We use only safe, high-quality fragrances that comply with International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards. Our products are paraben-free, phthalate-free, vegan, and cruelty-free.

Do you offer returns?
Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and free of any defects. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Returns for items purchased at in-person pop-up events are not accepted.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time—we currently ship only within the United States.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.

Help, something is wrong with my order!
We’re so sorry! Please email support@zengardenaromas.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If your item was damaged during shipping, we’ll gladly replace or refund it. Please include a photo in your email.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes! We offer wholesale pricing at 50% off retail with a $150 minimum order. Custom orders for special events like weddings are also available. If you’re interested or don’t see a specific item, please reach out to us—we’re happy to help!

Do you have a storefront?
No. We currently sell online and at select vendor fairs. If you know a shop that might be a good fit for our products, let us know at support@zengardenaromas.com.

Do you offer larger soap refills? 
At the moment, we only offer our original 8 fl oz bottles and 2 fl oz mini bottles. Stay tuned for future updates!
